We built our first family entertainment center in 2016 and little did we know how much this industry would take off! The Twin Shores team has since built or extensively renovated more than 50 family entertainment centers for multiple clients across the country. These facilities range in size from 35,000 to 100,000 sq. ft.
Twin Shores has built entertainment facilities for clients repeatedly at various locations nationwide. Amenities range from bowling alleys, mini-golf, arcade games, laser tag, shuffleboard, basketball courts and trampolines to full-service restaurants and bars with indoor and outdoor dining.
Entertainment and recreation areas come with their own set of challenges. They could be structural in nature, facility requirements or high complication/high-tech equipment installations. Family entertainment center construction is a skill we’ve fully honed. The sheer number of repeat clients we work with makes it evident that we are the experts in this niche space.
In 2020 and in collaboration with the design team, we constructed the first ever Round1 Sports Challenge (Spo-Cha) model. The 82,000 sq. ft. facility includes batting cages, basketball courts, roller skating, mini-golf, trampolines, a kid’s zone, bull riding, bowling and more.
Since then, we have completed several Spo-Cha centers, [one or two] of which are featured here. We’ve also featured a Round1 Entertainment standard facility, Tinman Social in Little Elm, TX and Bullwinkle’s in Wilsonville, OR.
