Project Description

Twin Shores completed renovations at the CMX Miami Lakes 17 (formerly known as Cobb Theater) in Miami Lakes, Florida. The 65,000 sq. ft. location marked the 5th CMX theater project awarded to Twin Shores in a competitive market. The multi-functional theater includes 17 auditoriums, as well as a sports bar, restaurant and lounge area.

Extensive renovations to 17 auditoriums.
Auditoriums remodeled to include stadium seating and lush leather reclining seats with swing tables for food and beverages.
One auditorium was upgraded to include D-Box seats, a motion system integrated in special seats synchronized with image and sound of the film.
Renovations completed while the theater remained open to the public without any disturbances to moviegoers.
Total seating capacity of 1,198 guests.
