Twin Shores collaborated with R.L. Fridley Theatres, Inc. to revitalize the movie theater at Southpark Mall in Spencer, IA. The Palms Theatres Southpark project encompassed a 27,000 sq. ft. renovation, reconfiguring adjacent tenant spaces to add two more auditoriums, resulting in a total of nine screens. The renovation included the installation of new seating, upgraded finishes, and the transformation of additional tenant space and a portion of the mall’s common area into a kitchen, bar, seating area, and designated space for ticket kiosks.
