Twin Shores is working with R.L. Fridley Theatres, Inc. to revitalize the movie theater located in Southpark Mall in Spencer, IA. The Palms Theatres Southpark project encompasses a 27,000 sq. ft. renovation, involving the reconfiguration of neighboring tenant areas to accommodate two extra auditoriums, resulting in a total of 9 screens. The project includes the installation of new seating, upgraded finishes, and the renovation of additional tenant space and a segment of the mall’s common area to create a kitchen, bar, seating section, and designated space for ticket kiosks.
