Twin Shores has partnered with GRT Property Group on the construction of RILCO’s new corporate headquarters in Eldridge, IA. RILCO, Inc., a distributor of oil lubricants and industrial services, is relocating its current packaging facility from Rock Island, IL, and corporate headquarters from Moline, IL, to this new Eldridge location. The project involves remodeling 12,000 sq. ft. of office space, 143,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space, and expanding the warehouse by 58,000 sq. ft.
