Twin Shores completed construction of a new mixed-use building in LeClaire, IA. We collaborated with both tenants of the building and their design teams to build out space to meet each client’s specific needs. Snap Fitness is one of the tenants at this building. Overlooking the Mississippi River with large, picturesque windows, this location includes state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment and 24/7 access.
