In 2006, Twin Shores began operations from a small office in Bettendorf, Iowa, focused on a few regional clients. We have since grown into a premium commercial construction and development company with more than 250 employees dedicated to fulfilling the needs of business owners across the United States.
The Twin Shores team brings a high level of expertise in a variety of sectors including retail, movie theaters, family entertainment centers, industrial, senior living, institutional, restaurant and office building construction. We are continually evolving to meet client demands and the ever-changing needs of the commercial construction industry.

Our project team and job site supervisors are expected to lead by example, always placing safety first.
