Donation Request Form

Twin Shores is committed to supporting local 501(c)3 organizations through sponsorship programs and monetary donations. If you would like Twin Shores to consider donating to your organization or sponsoring an upcoming event, please complete this form. All requests must be submitted through this form at least 60 days prior to the required date.

While we strive to meet as many requests as possible, our Charitable Giving Committee carefully reviews each submission monthly. They thoroughly research and select the charities we support annually. Your request will be considered, but please understand that we cannot accommodate all requests.
