On Friday, March 19th, Twin Shores broke ground on a new two-story entertainment venue alongside Paradigm Design, Little Elm Economic Development Committee, Kimley Horn and other communities leaders in Little Elm Texas.
Construction will begin on a 6 acre plot of land that is being developed by Little Elm Economic Development. The building square footage will total over 36,000 with 18,428 s.f. on the first floor, 16,436 s.f. on the second floor. The remaining 1,368 s.f. will include a beautiful a rooftop patio with an amazing view.
This fantastic new venue will include bowling lanes on two levels, ping pong, cornhole, bocce ball, axe throwing, shuffleboard, and a full service restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seating.
Twin Shores is excited to be the general contractor and to partner with Little Elm Economic Development Committee and Tinman Social for the first time. Construction is anticipated to be completed by Spring 2022.
