Active Endeavors

Twin Shores completed construction on a nearly 14,000 sq. ft new building for Active Endeavors, a recreation equipment and apparel store located in Davenport, IA. The beautiful state-of-the art two-story building includes unique architecture consisting of a combination of concrete, timber, and glass throughout and is set into a wooded ravine. Our team worked closely with the owner and design team throughout the preconstruction process, offering constructability reviews, budget analysis, and design recommendations to ensure the building met the owners’ goals and vision, all within budget.
