Twin Shores and GRT Property Group partnered to renovate the strip mall located near the 1300 block of Eagle Ridge Road in LeClaire, IA. The property includes an 18,000 sq. ft. Fareway grocery store, along with other retail, restaurant and bank offerings. Twin Shores completed the exterior façade renovations as well as the fit-out for Studio K, a retail store located directly next to Fareway.
