Twin Shores partnered with Geifman First Equity and Shive-Hattery to deliver a new mixed-use office building located at the intersection of 56th Ave W and 18th Street in Bettendorf, IA. This 15,000 sq. ft. building is designed to accommodate two tenants, RBC Wealth Management being one of them. Our team recently finished the fit-out for RBC, and they officially relocated to their new office on April 1st.
