Round1 – Spo-Cha Arrowhead Towne Center

Construction is underway on a new 88,000 sq. ft. Round1 & Spo-Cha complex located at Arrowhead Towne Center in Glendale, AZ. Twin Shores is partnering with Round1 on this exciting project, which will be the first Spo-Cha (Sports Challenge) model in Arizona, and the 5th Spo-Cha location in the U.S.! This two-story multi-entertainment facility will include Round1’s exclusive high-end arcade games, in addition to bowling, billiards, karaoke, ping pong, darts, basketball, batting cages, trampolines, roller skating and more. 

In addition to this complex at Arrowhead Towne Center, Twin Shores recently completed the following Round1 & Spo-Cha locations:

• Park City Center – Lancaster, PA – 78,000 sq. ft. 
• Cumberland Mall – Atlanta, GA – 83,000 sq. ft. 
• Puente Hills Mall – Los Angeles, CA – 59,000 sq. ft. 
• Pembroke Lakes Mall – Pembroke Pines, FL – 100,000 sq. ft.
